Hi, I’m Heather — founder of Phoenix7 Solutions and a survivor of trauma, emotional abuse, and generational cycles. I know what it feels like to lose yourself while trying to hold everything together.
I built Phoenix7 Solutions out of my own healing journey: being pronounced dead and coming back, raising four children, and breaking free from toxic relationships and generational patterns.
This mentorship program isn’t about perfection. It’s about purpose. I’m not a licensed therapist — I’m a woman who’s done the inner work and now walks beside other women who are ready to reclaim their worth, rewrite their story, and rise stronger than ever.
