Meet Heather — The Heart Behind Phoenix7 Solutions
Phoenix7 Solutions was not created from perfection.
It was created from survival.
From trauma.
From silence.
From learning how to rise after feeling emotionally lost and unseen.
There was a time when I no longer recognized myself.
I was trapped in cycles of emotional pain, manipulation, and self-doubt so deep that I began questioning my own worth, my own voice, and even my own reality.
While raising my children and carrying years of generational pain, I fought silently just to keep going.
And at one point, I almost didn’t.
But healing changed everything.
Through therapy, journaling, self-reflection, reconnecting with my body, and facing painful truths, I slowly began rebuilding myself — emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Phoenix7 Solutions grew from that rebuilding process.
Not just as a business…
but as the safe space I once needed myself.

Today, my mission is to help women reclaim their voice, rebuild their confidence, and remember that healing is possible — even after the hardest seasons of life.
This space was created for women who feel:

Through mentorship, healing-centered resources, community support, and honest conversations, Phoenix7 Solutions exists to remind women they are not broken.

And they do not have to do it alone.

This mentorship program isn’t about perfection. It’s about purpose. I’m not a licensed therapist — I’m a woman who’s done the inner work and now walks beside other women who are ready to reclaim their worth, rewrite their story, and rise stronger than ever.
