Meet Heather – The Heart Behind Phoenix7 Solutions

I built this "Healing Journey" mentorship program after surviving my own trauma — My own "near death" experience, escaping mental & emotional abuse, and raising four children while healing from toxic relationships and generational patterns.

Phoenix7 Solutions isn't about perfection. It's about rebuilding, doing the inner work. It's a mentorship journey for women who are ready to reclaim their worth, rewrite their story, and rise stronger than ever.

 Phoenix7 Solutions wasn’t born from success.  It was born from survival.  From trauma. From silence. From choosing to rise when everything told me to stay down.
There was a time when I didn’t think I’d make it.  I was stuck in a cycle of mental & emotional abuse so subtle and twisted that I began to believe it was my fault.  I lost myself — my voice, my worth, my joy. 

I was fighting to stay afloat while raising my children and healing from generational patterns that ran deep. At one point, I was even pronounced dead.  But life had other plans.  Through therapy, journaling, reconnecting with my body, and facing many hard truths, I started to come back to life — not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and mentally.

Phoenix7 Solutions was built in the ashes of that season.  It’s not just a business. It’s my heart.  It’s the space I wish I had when I was in survival mode — scared, stuck, and searching for something more.

At Phoenix7 Solutions, our mission is:  To help women—especially single mothers—rise from trauma and reclaim their lives through emotional healing, create community, mentorship, and safe housing (Later to come).
